Compatibilité NANO 2 - Smartphones & tablettes

Liste des appareils mobiles validés pour fonctionner avec le NANO 2 Bluetooth BLE (connexion à une application mobile).

Que signifie « compatible » ?

Un appareil est considéré comme compatible lorsqu'il a été testé et approuvé avec le NANO 2. La compatibilité peut dépendre de la version du système d'exploitation, des paramètres Bluetooth et des mises à jour logicielles.

Si votre modèle figure dans la liste : vous êtes prêt à l'utiliser.
Si votre modèle ne figure pas dans la liste : cela ne signifie pas nécessairement qu'il est « incompatible », mais simplement qu'il n'a « pas encore été validé ».
En cas de doute : choisissez un modèle dans la liste ou contactez le service d'assistance.

Conseils rapides

Pour éviter 80 % des problèmes : activez le Bluetooth et maintenez l'application à jour. Sur Android, autorisez l'accès au Bluetooth + à la localisation si cela vous est demandé (certains modèles l'exigent).
